- ShopGuide is starting with Wegmans Medford. More stores will be announced as support expands.
- ShopGuide matches the items in your order to a location map of the store, organized by aisle, side, section and shelf. Store locations are reviewed and improved over time.
- Yes. Add screenshots for each order and ShopGuide keeps orders A, B and C separate while preparing one physical route through the store.
- Instead of guessing, ShopGuide marks the item with Check so you can confirm it yourself before moving on.
- ShopGuide only needs the items in your order to build a route. Customer details are not used for routing. Full details will be published in our Privacy Policy.
- Each account has a personal 72-hour period starting with its first admitted online recognition request, not registration or a busy/quota refusal. There is no shared publication-date trial deadline. Signing in or restarting does not extend it. Shared quotas can run out sooner, and access may be paused manually for safety. Joining creates no paid subscription.
- When subscriptions are available, open Account and choose Manage subscription to review cancellation options and timing.
- Orders you've already analyzed stay available on your phone. Adding and analyzing new screenshots needs an internet connection.
